FIRM OF THE FUTURE INITIATIVE
In 2023, we launched our Firm of the Future Initiative. The goal of this initiative is to provide an intentional place to bring new ideas to better the firm for years to come. The initiative is composed of a Comprehensive Committee, comprised of our Partners and Leadership Council, as well individual sub-committees dedicated to individual initiatives. Diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging committee
From diverse recruiting practices, to ensuring our current staff feels included and part of the team, we want Faulk & Winkler to be a firm known for putting forth a genuine effort to make our firm a diverse and inclusive place to work. This committee is dedicated to understanding one another better at the firm and providing resources for team members to educate themselves.
firm & community culture committee
“How do we maintain the culture that we have come to be known for?” This committee aims to answer that question by providing activities to boost morale, create a sense of unity, and have fun at work. Employees can also use this as a resource to talk about different challenges with balancing work and personal life. Advice and personal experiences are welcomed to be shared here in a space where we support one another.
Innovation and Client Experience
The committee has the overarching goal to enhance and monitor the overall client experience at our firm. This committee aims to explore ways to improve services we provide that enhance our client experience, offer proactive and innovative solutions and utilize technology to produce exceptional results for our clients. Committee members focus on technology, both within the firm and for use by our clients, as well as the ways in which they provide exceptional service to our clients.
Emerging Leaders
This group is designed to focus on leadership initiatives at the firm with genuine intention. This committee wants to stress the importance of forming leaders from within the firm and growing team members into the leaders they see fit for the firm of the future, while also discussing how the path to leadership is different for everyone.
