Lloyd Johnson, CPA, has been with Faulk & Winkler since 2014 and serves as a partner in the firm’s assurance practice. He focuses on delivering proactive assurance and advisory services to closely held businesses and non-profit organizations. Recognized for his ability to identify and implement efficient, practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, he recently assisted a large organization to redesign its financial projection model—allowing leadership to better understand future performance and make more informed strategic decisions. Due to his extensive work with non-profit clients, he is experienced at operating in advisory board settings and has developed significant expertise through financial data preparation, board presentations, and ongoing collaboration with board governance.

Lloyd serves as Treasurer on The Emerge Center’s Board of Directors and is an active member in the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In his spare time Lloyd enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cheering on the Tigers and Saints, and finding his way around the golf course.
