Benjamin Vance, CPA, brings more than 17 years of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, and family office services to Faulk & Winkler, where he serves as a Director and helps lead the firm’s growing Advisory service line.

Ben specializes in guiding local, small to mid-size business owners whose wealth is significantly tied to their business(es). He helps owners understand value, pursue strategic growth, evaluate professional partnerships, and plan for transitions, whether that means acquiring another business, bringing on partners, selling a minority interest, or executing an outright exit.

His industry experience includes construction, industrial, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and energy services, as well as closely held and family-owned businesses.

At Faulk & Winkler, Ben’s work complements the firm’s broader suite of services, including tax and client accounting services, by supporting business owners as they navigate growth, ownership transitions, and exit planning.
